The Special Containment Procedures Foundation is a government-funded operation designed to ensure that the public is not exposed to the horrific anomalies that the foundation contain in their worldwide facilities. The Foundation is run by several elected individuals, said to never perish in the darkness of the foundation. The Foundation has one main goal, that being to Secure. Contain. and Protect.
